1. How to book a flight?

To book a flight, please visit www.aeromongolia.mn. On the home page, you will be greeted by our online book engine. Please select your origin, destination and the specific dates you wish to travel on. To contact our ticket agent, please dial (976) 70103030 to get more information. 2. How do I get additional information regarding my trip?

You may contact your ticket agent or call at (976) 7010-3030 to contact a representative.

3. How will my child travel without an unaccompanied adult?

Our unaccompanied minor service, which is required for children ages 2-15, is designed to offer you peace of mind while we look after your child. To do so, we must receive a letter from the guardian that accepts the child to travel with us. For more information please contact (976) 7010-3030 or email at reservation@aeromongolia.mn

4. How do I change my itinerary? Including date change and name change?

To change your flight or name on your current itinerary, please contact our call center at (976) 7010-3030 or write an email request at reservation@aeromongolia.mn

5. Notice to pregnant passengers.

If a pregnant passenger is due to give birth within 28-15 days, please bring your doctor’s note with the following information.

  • Date of travel approved by the doctor.
  • When due to give birth
  • Any suggestions during the flight

Pregnant woman with less than 15 days remaining of birth delivery is not allowed to board.

6. Passengers with a medical condition or special assistance.

We want to help improve the accessibility of air travel to passengers with medical needs such as reduced mobility. For this reason, we have set up a number of guidelines to ensure that such needs are understood and provided with the right level of service. 

Health Procedures: For the safety of all, we make sure that all passengers accepted on board our aircraft are in a good state of health and fit to fly. Passengers suffering from certain medical conditions are required to obtain a certificate allowing them to fly, available from a medical doctor. It is important to note that the doctor’s certificate states the following.

  • The mental state of the passenger for the safety of the flight.
  • Will the passenger need a wheelchair or a stretcher?
  • To avoid spreading illness, if you have a condition that may affect the health and safety of others you may not be permitted to board our flights.
  • If you know you'll need oxygen on board your flight, if you need oxygen, you may not be permitted to board our flights.
  • Pregnant women due within 28 days must bring a certificate, however, depending on the doctor’s note; you may not be permitted to board our flights.
  • If traveling with an infant within a week old, you may not be permitted to board our flights.

7. Items not permitted on board.

Please refer to the picture above for a representation of items not permitted on all flights.

8. Items permitted on board?

We recommend that you take your valuables in your carry-on bag. Items such as cash, IDs, notebook/laptop, medications and cameras etc should be with you at all times. Our airline is not responsible for any lost items on board.

9. How do I travel with fragile goods?

Fragile valuables should be in their original package to transport safely. If the original package in unavailable, the items should be in a package with hard surface with wrap bubbles inside. If not items were not safely packaged and was broken during the flight, we do not take responsibility for the lost item.

10. What if I have more luggage or over the limit?

11. What if I forgot my belongings in the aircraft?

12. How do I store my belongings at the airport?

13. Is there any luggage wrapping/packing service?

Luggage packing and wrapping service is available at the 2nd floor of Chinggis-Khaan International Airport.

15. How come my flight is cancelled/delayed but other airlines still fly on time?

Depending on weather, the aircraft’s performance, airport’s category, runway capacity can vary. Different aircraft have different limitations and as a result, some airlines will fly while others may not. Also it is important to note that this decision is made by the pilot in command with safety first.
