- Terms
Ticket” means payment receipt, which is a contractual guarantee or contract guarantee between a passenger and carrier.
Passenger means a person who has entered into an agreement with the carrier to travel.
Carrier means an airline operated by another Carrier related services.
Child means a baby if the child is not under 2 when the flight begins, and the child is 2 to 12 years old.
- At check-in
Passengers must have their own documents at the airport 2 hours before the flight. You are advised to check if your passport, visa, or injection paper is complete before your departure.
- Baggage
If you are traveling on a local flight, you are entitled to a baggage of 5 kilo carry-on luggage and 10 kilos of one-piece baggage. if you are traveling internationally, you are entitled to carry on of 5kilo of one-piece hand luggage and 15 kilos of one-piece baggage. The child can carry on 10 kilos of one-piece luggage at international and local flights. Newborn baby can take their stroller for free. If you exceed your baggage, extra luggage fare will be varied depend on your destination.
- The carrier shall take all reasonable measures to transport the assengers and baggage on time. The carrier shall not be responsible for any transit flight caused by any force majeure.
